We recruit our professional trainers through a proven quality monitoring process.

Quality assurance of our trainers

  • Birth Certificate to prove their country of origin

  • 3 years of bachelor's degree

  • Relevant qualifications and/or certificates

  • At least 5 years of English training experience

  • Reference and credit check

  • Police clearance check

Core competence to become our trainer

  • must hold most current industry currency and experiences in the education sector

  • must hold a good professional credibility through two referees

  • must be certified by Justice of Peace for any submitted documents

  • must pass two stage interviews and a mock class

  • For the safety of our students, must conduct police clearance check on a regular basis

Native English Speaking Trainers

Our training team consists of trainers with different cultural backgrounds from Australia, USA, UK and Canada.

Learners can select the right trainer at the beginning of the course selection to ensure they are learning preferred English speaking styles in line with intonation and accents.
